Faultless, Apartment was beautiful a good size and well provided for. Warm and beds extremely comfortable. Standard of Apartment inc fixtures high quality, thick carpets and rainfall shower. All staff extremely friendly, kind and helpful,. The best service and standard of accommodation I've experienced. Recommended you'll not be disappointed. Location very central easy to get to from gare du nord and to all the sites. Even long before we arrived we were updated by email with all the information we would need very efficient and stress free. Superb service

Location was excellent. Close to Gare du Nord station and metro. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Stayed in January when temperatures outside were 0 or less but room was very warm and cosy. Bed was very comfortable and cleaning was excellent. The separate sitting area gave us lots of extra space. Staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for anything extra. We walked to and from centre of Paris several times, both day and night, and always felt safe.

We liked everything about this property - location (close to the Opera, department stores; supermarket and restaurants are right next door), friendly staff, cleanliness, and comfort. My mother is 84 y.o. with limited mobility appreciated that they granted her request and provided a nice and quiet room with easy accessibility. We'll consider staying in this hotel again during our next visit to Paris.
